After emailing about customizing a weapon, about how long does it take? And will they usually message me with a "Recieved your order, bear with us" thing, or do I just wake one day and its done, with my credits gone?

They send a message saying it's done. It usually takes a couple of days, a week at the longest, I believe.

I sent one a couple of weeks back, and still haven't heard from them .

If it's been that long, something is wrong. I just looked and can't find any request from you. Contact me in-game.
