I was looking at the HELP STATUS, HELP STAT, and HELP BUFFS files and noticed that the weights given were a little confusing.
If you have, say, 20 Charisma (beauty enchant, penumbra, karma beauty blessing, and astrology buff), doesn't that mean your influencing hits harder?
For example, when using COMPLIMENTS, ADMIRATION, and the last EMPOWER influencing type, and you have 20 charisma, wouldn't your EMPOWER attacks hit harder the NPC you're influencing than someone who has a 17 or 15 Charisma? Or does a higher Charisma just mean you recover EQ faster when influencing?
The reason I asked is because I've just gotten 20 charisma and nothing seems to have changed as far as the amount of times I have to influence.

You've hit the stat scaling issue being discussed other places, most likely. You are correct.
