You know, most people hate Demesnes, so I was thinking, maybe it's time we got a new spec for after elementalism
Elementology ( Working name )
Purge                Your mastery has allowed you to crush Demesnes
--2p Trueground + demesnebreak
Nova                Strike your personal enemies with pure energy
--Hailstorm equivilent, pure magic energy
bloodboil        Send their blood into a frenzy
--causes loss of mana, ego, and willpower at a slow constant rate
Calcify            The power of earth has the ability to harm, or defend
--HARDEN BONES makes you resistant to breaks, while CAST CALCIFY causes paralysis tics and makes moving harder
Salt                  Using a ritual, you mark the ground, preventing melding
--prevents melding unless someone does BREAK RITUAL which takes 5 seconds of time -requires magic salt-
sulfurstrike, remove a random defense from your oppoent
--removes defense randomly -requires magic sulfure-
Elemental          Summon a minor elemental
--6p summons an elemental that will perform boilblood and calcify every 6 seconds for 2 minutes on your enemies
Windwhip          Whipping a gust into the air, remove flyers.
Stalagmite        Calling up a stalagmite, remove burrowers.
calllightning          After a small delay, immense pain
-- lightning damage after 4 seconds, preferably huge
Poisonwater      The power of two elements
--2p causes illness and shivering in tics until cured
Heatsurge        The planes may be lost, but some power remains
--does high fire damage and strips frost
Pulse                Force your opponents to their knees
-- Does minor lightning damage, and prones your personal enemies in the room
Elementforce      Open a tiny conduit to your own elemental plane inside the enemy
-- bashing attack, does damage relating to your own plane
Fury                  Send them from their life with an elemental overload
-- If the enemy calcified, poisonwatered, and bloodboiled, instakill, if not, it randomly adds one of the afflictions, 8 power
Elementalform  Your knowledge of the elements is so great, you can take on the                                properties of the plane your nexus is connected to
--if Celestian CAST WATERELEMENT,  can only be done on water plane, adds 2 con, and 2 cha while on that plane, Adds one of each if off, 10 power. Adds level 1 magic resistance
--If Mag, CAST EARTHELEMENT, only on earth plane, adds 2 con and 2 dex while on, and 1 of each if not on the plane, 10 power. adds lvl 1 blunt resistance
-- for both, adds level 2 regen on proper terrain, and adds a tag to your race.

So i'll stick with that. I like how you gave Aquas extra cha and the geos crappy dexterity. I'm fine with mages having something other than demesnes, but I don't think this is the answer we are looking for

Charisma is basically useless, just like dex, except to influence. I wasn't thinking a huge ego drain, like...metawake level

Charisma is good for far far more things than dexterity. Rather just be physical over blunt, but really thats a moot boost anyway.
Lich also LOWERS geomancer stats 60% of the time.

Telepathy and Telekinesis actually. 2+ cha for a TK is really nice.

Actually bloodboil is a skill name already taken from Achaea and It worked to heal two afflictions at random I think which was very nice.
