I had an idea for two different dreamweaving abilities. Not sure on Viability and what not though.

1. Dreamweave Utter (No clue what it should be called). Roughly, by sending your voice along your silver body link, you can make your body talk. That way it's a bit easier to use in combat situations.

While still deep in sleep, Jigan speaks in a monotone voice and says, "CFDS is camping Niffy, waiting for the shields to go down. Get the LolPzner Brigade and jump them."

2. Really sketchy on this idea, but an ability to travel to various planes. Something like just a jump to Ethereal or sommat, on the basis that it might be easier for dreamforms to travel to at least that plane.

Just two ideas, for the moment.

Still wondering if Dreamweave Control will allow weavers to sleep and wake at will (Maybe not wake, but just not wake up. So annoying to sleep and hurry and leavebody when you are fully rested.) It's been passed to an envoy, just wondering if anyone has any information on it.

Not having the skillset I have a question, I assume while in dreamform you can send messages but not speak on channels/tells? If so then people will just send messages already which is (in my opinion) a lame rp breaking work around (which I admit I did all the time back in my phased serpent days) while the above idea has lots of cool RP flavor to it.

No, no messages or tells. Can't even Speedwalk, which I'm sad about.

Oh, no messages...then yeah that is clearly a balance choice on the part of the Admin. I know some people will still work around this using out of game IM clients and the like, and no one would have any real way to detect it, but clearly dreamweaving is to be used to scout and return, not give real time updates.

I wonder if some monsters could be tossed in there. Nothing spectaular, just a few Monsters of Dreaming or sommat.

But they would only exist there where you couldn't touch them.
