Hey i wont deny my first system for sale used elements of amaru's system (the base skeleton was useable and I liked the way it worked). Anyone who has had a copy of all my systems from the start (ildaudid I think is one, daevos and a few others have seen them all too) can attest to my ADHD/OCD style of rewriting and changing things on a whim. I did rewrite the damn thing so many times it just became a super mix of epic awesomeness.

And you have to expect every now and then I'm going to come onto the forums and Murphslam the riffraff. Someone has to...you're all going soft.

Yeah, I'm not a fighter on Gwynevere.. and yes, I'm known for it--thanks for pointing that out, Visaeris. At least, that was back when I didn't have a system, used NEXUS of all things, and didn't have anyone to teach me. I didn't even HAVE any reflexes on Nexus, heh. Things have changed for me since then, I've learned a lot from everyone and fight heavily on my alt... I've still got a lot of learning to do, but at least I'm trying. Gwyne's -1233 lessons doesn't help me much either heh... so that character is rather useless in battle until I can pull myself out of it.

So, you wanna give me the credits Visaeris?

Ya know... for a person like me... I know a little coding on ZMud.. but not all that much.. and this system seems to do just fine and it accomplishes what I need it to do both on Haylen and Gwyne. I've used other systems in the past.. one that Yrael gave me a long long time ago for ZMud (don't know its origin), Ethelon's, and some of the free ones here on the forum. Again, they're all great, and I'm impressed with those who were even able to put them together.

Talkan has been incredibly nice, easy to contact, and has been patient with me constantly bugging him on MSN daily. If you don't like Talkan... that's your choice... but don't bring your issues with him here. I put this thread up out of boredom, fun, and pride in my little amateur work of a website that I took the time to code myself... not to read anyones rants and personal attacks towards Talkan.

I think the point is mostly how overpriced it is, hence derision.

Is Treant available for purchase yet? I get it for 25cr right?

Mm.. Talkan was actually not looking to sell to a massive number of people. What his reasons are? I don't know. I personally like that he doesn't have a huge group... makes it easier for him to have more personal one-on-one time with his customers, unlike other systems that sell for cheap to mass number of people...the help would then be spread very thinly amongst each person, and probably overwhelming the owner of that system.

What's the point of my website? Actually.. Jasato was my inspiration for it... as he kept asking me what did what on his system *laughs* so I felt the need to put up a list of useful syntaxes for those using his system (especially for those with little experience on zmud) and I hope they find it useful

Nah, anyways, honestly I don't see a problem with it. I find myself able to use zMUD alot better then cMUD, seriously. On my fiancee's laptop I found that cMUD was running with at least a 5 second lag before the next line came up.

Some people aren't exactly "technologically advanced" and have to run on laptops such as a Dell Latituted 110L, which the best kind of client that can run safely without issues would be zMUD 7.04, or even 7.21.

The system itself isn't that bad, you just have to pick out what your not gonna use, and keep what you need. Pure and simple.
