Normal, but rare.

You probably already know that the strength of mobs spawned by astral linking varies. Some are weak, some are strong, and on very rare occasions you will get outliers that are incredible. I think the nastiest urn I managed to spawn from linking could do 3.5K damage per hit, and hit almost twice as fast as a manifestation could, but I've never seen another like it since.

It was linked, but I have link urns plenty of times and never got smacked that hard before. Guess I just got unlucky.

Slough is a percentage attack, afaik.
