Singing, A doddering old man says, "Oh lithovore, your semblance calmly curled."
You have emoted: Leiliadhe taps her foot to provide a beat.
Singing, A doddering old man says, "About a boulder small, on which you feast."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "Your stony meal all you want in this world."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "Mere rock alone; no need for grain or
yeast."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "With diamond teeth you crunch on exposed
shale."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "For igneous and sediment delight."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "Your gemstone tongue. Dairuchi marble pale."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "Or uncut diamond? What's the choice
tonight?"
Singing, A doddering old man says, "You roam the mountainside or dark
sea-floor."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "Both cousins search for coral or for jade."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "The clouds of steam that trail you I ado-."
A doddering old man scratches his head in confusion.
A doddering old man says, "Wait wait."
A doddering old man says, "That's Ode to a Rockeater, isn't it?"
Later...
Singing, A doddering old man says, "My taint wyrm is my jolly friend."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "His tail is long and swir-li-cued."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "His teeth are sharp, his eyes are bright."
Singing, A doddering old man says, "His tongue is crisply cur-li-cued."
Slowly moving into a dance quick and jig-like dance, A doddering old man says,
"I like to take him to the beach."
A doddering old man hikes up his robes and proffers his arm to Leiliadhe.
You have emoted: Leiliadhe links arms with the old man, looking bemused.
Singing and twirling Leiliadhe about in a circle, A doddering old man exclaims,
"To hunt for shells and se-di-ment, He helps me build a sand-keep strong, By
posing as a pe-di-ment!"
Hopping from foot to foot and leading Leiliadhe in his foolish-looking
movements, A doddering old man says, "He digs deep holes to take a nap For
comfort and for pri-va-cy He falls asleep at half past three And wakes at ten to
five-a-cy."
A doddering old man allows his voice to rise louder, near yelling the words.
You see a doddering old man yell, "On visits to the Glomdoring We see our friend
the E-bon-glom We tell him all the news we've heard And have a merry
sing-a-long!"
A doddering old man continues to dance, letting his voice trail off a bit before
picking up the tempo with renewed vigour.
Singing, A doddering old man says, "My black-scaled friend, my tainted wyrm He
really is a joy-to-know He'll be there with me to the end Through ice and dust,
through sleet-and-snow."
Singing, A doddering old man exclaims, "Oh Geomancers young and old And all with
allies mount-a-ble Treat well your summoned followers Since you're who's held
ac-count-a-ble!"
A doddering old man lets his song die off, letting go of Leiliadhe and eyeing a
carrion beetle speculatively.
A carrion beetle bobs its head up and down with the now gone rhythm.
A doddering old man claps his hands together merrily.
Then... success at last, the beast is tamed
You see a doddering old man riding a carrion beetle shout, "BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
Woohoo!"
Best event ever.

Ay, I love the old man - he is so Fizban. I am unsure whether that is a positive or a negative thing though.
Thanks to the awesome Divine that controls him.

That's exactly what I thought when reading these logs. I mean, the hat and everything. Senile, fireball-throwing God in disguise, anyone?
P.S.: Fizban is probably my favourite comic relief character. Except perhaps Zifnab in the Deathgate Cycle, but really that's the same character by the same author.

I luff the old man too. Even when he is calling himself "Aison" and the rest of Celest doorknobs. I get the feeling, though, that the beetle can only mean trouble.
