Transferring credits?

It seems each mud has different stipulations on this. So I was wondering what lusternia's stand was on transferring credits from one character to another?

And if it's not permissible, anyone wanna loan me 20 credits till wednesday? lol You can ask Rika, I'm good for it!

If the credits were acquired through IC methods, you can't transfer from one character to another. If you got them from OOC methods, you are free to transfer. OOC methods are things like buying with RL money, bardics/artisanals, or things such as guiding. Pretty much everything else is IC.
