That sounds like something you'd hear a caller talk about on Coast to Coast AM. All kinds of crazies call into that show, which is also hosted by a crazy. I listen to it for kicks and giggles when i'm up in the middle of the night working or travelling.

One of my favorite crazies was a lady named Rita X who called into the Rush Limbaugh show, I believe this took place in the 80's when he was getting started, cause they replayed it during his 20th anniversary on the air a few weeks ago, and she was rambling on barely intelligibly about how Bush(senior) and Colin Powell(referred to by her as Colin Colonel Powell), of the 'chiefs of joint', were plotting with a 'mother ship' to bring a genocide against the black community(despite Powell being black). She laid out this huge plot that barely made any sense.
