The way his body's arched makes it look sexual, but the face doesn't. Maybe it's just the lack of detail.

I can't give him a penis, Revan. This is a G-rated game (I think?), so posting a picture with a penis might send a few parents into a rampage. Already went through this with my novellas. Won't go through the same thing here. (Although I really, really wanted to draw him anatomically correct).
