Just one thing to note: Don't use Spronghai. The bleeding from it is miniscule, and you gain nothing from using it instead of normal kick + more modifiers. Other than that, not much to pick up in that log... spar people who take more than two chains to kill.

Varel would have done much better if she had set the correct invests to her angel. She used a useless flame, justice and ... absolutely nothing useful. Methrenton's pledges are crap unless you hide sensitivity beneath vapors in group combat.

She should have gone with the stupidity/anorexia invests, stuck aeon, hangedman and then judged, and at least timeslipped.

She did heretic like 5 times when all that is pretty useless without inquisition, but I don't think she has infidel or inquisition yet.

Aside of, kind of a failed attempt at a spar... spar someone who can actually tank some damage.
