Quick question. Since demigod reggen was nerfed a while ago what's the current level of it? level 1? level 2?

Also do artifact reggen runes stack on that? And what's the highest reg level you can get? Aka. Does mercy etc. stack even atop of level 3 racial? Anything you can stack atop -that- even?

Mercy is outside racial regens. Artifacts add to racial regens. The highest total you can get is level 3 regen, and Demis have a level 1 base. Any other sort of "regeneration" (passive healing effects like Drink, the Regeneration skill in athletics, etc.) are done on their own tick, but skills that specifically state a level of regeneration that they add are adding towards the racial cap (such as Sacraments "Honour," I believe it is).

What Xenthos said is correct.

You're at level 1 with no artifacts. If you have other racial bonuses, you get that added. If you want to get to level 3 and lack any bonuses to regeneration aside for Demigod, I'd recommend the level 2 artifact. Remember, it caps at 3!

Can you upgrade artifacts in Lusternia? As in buy a level 1 rune now and later trade it in + buy the level 2 rune for only the credit cost difference?

Ie I buy lvl 1 for 300 cr now
later I upgrade to level 2 and only pay 550 for the level 2 rune because 850 - 300 = 550.
