Near the argent trunk of the Moonhart Mother Tree.
The area is bathed with argent light as a thrumming power in the ground
resonates from a war shrine of Lisaera nearby. Mist shimmering like gossamer
sheets of spun silver slowly drifts about the enormous Moonhart, leaving argent
trails behind her swaying boughs and the following the paths of bits of white,
snow-like pollen that drift down. Latent power from the tree charges the very
air and gives the silver mist an ambient glow, creating halos around everything
within sight. Awesome in its majesty, the upper foliage of the tree extends past
the glowing skyline in exalted splendor that defies reality and reaches into the
heavens above. Glowing glyphs hang in the air here. The silvery leaves of a
faebush gently billows in the wind. Towering high above is the Moonhart Mother
Tree, stretching her enormous branches heavenwards. There are 10 centaur hunters
here. Reaching up as high as the eye can see looms the awesome presence of a
living totem. There are 10 frost hags here. A flowering archway rises up from
the ground. Hackles risen, a fierce timberwolf prowls about here. Mushrooms are
growing here in a perfect circle. A mature birch tree stands proudly here. There
are 2 brownies here.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "I wonder if I can make the brownies sleep."
Aramel giggles happily at you.

Childishly, you stick your tongue out at Aramel.

Aramel sits down.
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara picks you up and sets her on her lap.

"Awwwww!" Serella says.
Serella smiles happily.

You say to Aramel, "You can't flutter your eyelashes at them."

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Psh."

You snuggle up close to Aramel, smiling happily.

Serella L'Eternae says, "Storytime?"

The corners of Aramel's mouth turn up as she grins mischievously.
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Well, let's see."

Xiran reaches out to pull Serella in.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Once upon a time, there was a very tiny
faeling."

A frost hag nods graciously to Laysus.
The Moonhart Mother Tree suddenly flares with pulsating energy as Laysus steps
through.

You peer at Aramel unscrupulously.

Laysus takes you by the hand, draws you into him, and whispers, "I love you."
Laysus takes Serella by the hand, draws her into him, and whispers, "I love you,
Serella."

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "And this tiny faeling... eek."

Laysus hums a happy tune.

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a leprechaun.

You giggle happily.

Serella raises her hand in greeting to Laysus and says "Hi!"

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a brownie.

Serella gives Laysus a compassionate hug.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "You interrupted our storytime!"

Laysus snuggles up close to you, looking happy and content.
Laysus snuggles up close to Serella, looking happy and content.

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a sylph.

Aramel flaps her arms madly.

Serella L'Eternae settles in a comfortable position beside Xiran.

Laysus snickers softly to himself.

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a pigwidgeon.

Aramel crosses her arms and sulks wildly.

Xiran clings to Aramel's arm.

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a sprite.
A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a wood nymph.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "And this tiny faeling barged into people's
storytimes."

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a banshee.

Aramel coughs softly.

Childishly, Serella sticks her tongue out at Laysus.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Anyway."

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a pooka.
A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a willowisp.

You see a deer wander through a clearing in the distance.

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps the mother.

Xiran hides a grin behind her hand.

Childishly, Laysus sticks his tongue out at Aramel.

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps the crone.

Bearer of the Silver Chalice, Laysus L'Eternae, High Priest of Mother Moon says,
"S'why all the best stories are about me."
Laysus nods his head sagely.

A jagged line of sparkling motes ripples in the air, and out steps a pixie.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "He came to the Ethereal plane, and seeing how
pretty and silvery everything was, decided to live there for a while."

Laysus hums a happy tune.

You tilt your head curiously at Aramel.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "So he ventured into Faethorn, and met a fae
knight, who said 'My, you certainly are a tiny fae,' shook his head, and
patrolled on."

Continuing the hunt for his dark mate, Father Sun presses forward in his
journey, lowering himself in the sky yet still casting even, full light upon the
land.

Opening your mouth wide, you gape in wonder at Aramel.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Then he met Butter Sweetpease!"
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Who sent him on a quest, to gather honeycakes
for all the fae."

Serella claps her hands together merrily.

A shiny new leaf unfurls on the Moonhart Mother Tree, a symbol of new growth.

Xiran licks her lips.

Aramel giggles happily.
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "But of course, he had difficulty dragging the
honeycombs along, so he bribed a brownie to help him, with promises of
honeycakes."

Serella points accusingly at a brownie.

Laysus nods his head sagely.

Joran has bled to death.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "They went back to Butter, and she said 'How
wonderful! But I still need flour!'"
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "So the faeling moved on, and looked for flour.
He found it in the warehouses - such a great big sack!"
stand

You stand up and stretch your arms out wide.
You tell Wildeflower Aramel Talnara, "Joran down. Be back in a moment."
You give Aramel a peck on the cheek.

Aramel flashes you a joyous smile.

--- Aramel's point of view ---
Xiran places her hands on the Moonhart Mother Tree and disappears in a fountain
of pulsating energy.

You say, "We'll wait till she comes back."

You hum a happy tune.

Serella L'Eternae folds her hands in her lap.

The Moonhart Mother Tree suddenly flares with pulsating energy as Xiran steps
through.

Xiran begins to follow you.

You say, "Anyway! As we were saying."
--- <3 ---

The Moonhart Mother Tree suddenly flares with pulsating energy as Arimi steps

You sit yourself down.

Serella raises her hand in greeting to Arimi and says "Hello!"

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "So he pondered for a moment, and decided he
needed help. And who should come along but the sylph?"

Arimi inclines her head politely to those around her.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "He enlisted the help of the sylph, who was
strong, though she seemed frail, and together they dragged the flour back to
Butter."
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "But you know how it is with the ladies of the
fae - their moods are fickle, and they are not easily pleased."

Laysus nods his head sagely.

Serella nods her head sagely.

Xiran wrinkles her nose.

Arimi places her hands on the Moonhart Mother Tree and disappears in a fountain
of pulsating energy

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Butter wanted sugar, and lots of it! So the
poor faeling set out again, looking for sugar. Eventually he found it stashed in
the Queen's parlour!"

Serella L'Eternae says, "I can understand that."

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Well, now. He could hardly sneak things from
the Queen alone, could he?"
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "So he called a light-fingered leprechaun and a
pigwidgeon for help."
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "The leprechaun was most clever. But the
pigwidgeon stumbled a lot."
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "And spilled a great deal of sugar!"

Serella drops a sugar crystal.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "Now, all faelings and fae have a weakness for
sugar, as we can see here."
Aramel grins mischievously at Serella.

Xiran fidgets, eyeing the sugar crystal.

A leprechaun bends over and picks up a sugar crystal.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "So nothing would serve but that all kinds of
fae clustered around, despite the Queen's wailing about her poor parlour and her
poor sugar."

Xiran sticks out her lower lip, pouting at a leprechaun.

A leprechaun gives a sugar crystal to you.

You beam broadly at a leprechaun.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "And at last, all the fae - the bright sprite,
the little pixie, and all the others - filched the sugar from the parlour and
brought it back to Butter, with the willowisp to light their way."

You pet a sugar crystal ingratiatingly.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "And Butter was pleased at last, and made
honeycakes enough for all of them, and more. And little baby Dandelion was very
pleased at the guests who cooed over him and fed him sweets, until he...
exploded with joy."

Aramel coughs softly.

You give a trillingly melodic laugh.

As the sun passes below the horizon's edge, Mother Night unveils her terrible,
shadowy beauty, spreading darkness across the land.

A soft shaft of moonlight beams down on Laysus.

Laysus shivers as a miasma of darkness coats his skin.

Serella giggles happily.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "He is a rather playful child."

Laysus nods his head sagely.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "So after the great party was over, the faeling
thought he should be getting home."
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "But the fae, who had become fast friends with
him, did not want to leave him."
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "So he decided what he would do: he returned to
the Serenwilde, and settled down as a Moondancer."
Aramel shifts her eyes suspiciously from side to side.
Wildeflower Aramel Talnara says, "And had frisky little faeling children
terribly addicted to tickling people."

Aramel tickles you mercilessly!

You giggle happily.

Serella rolls on the floor, laughing.

"Eek!" you shout in fright.

Wildeflower Aramel Talnara laughingly says, "The end."
