QUOTE
Shafts of silvery moonlight dance across the Glade, as the Full Moon above lingers expectantly.
Galaphyrae says, "It would seem our trials have tested our resolve, our mettle, and our beliefs."
Iola begins to wield a baby basket festooned with ribbons in her left hand.
Galaphyrae says, "We know of duty. We know of sacrifice. We know that for all things there is a time."
Priestess Iola Starfall, of Her Argent Light clutches the basket in her arms and stands next to Lendren.
Galaphyrae says, "If a victory must be bittersweet, then let us not forget that in the mourning, there was also celebration."
Galaphyrae say, "Who can say what cost is too high or what action too extreme. We must all look into ourselves and find our own answers."
A hanging sense of expectancy settles over the grove, as the White Hart tosses his head for a moment, watching those around him.
Galaphyrae inhales deeply and turns to face the White Hart, silver light sparkling in her eyes.
The White Hart looks straight upon Galaphyrae, his eyes thoughtful and deep.
The White Hart turns his gaze skyward for a moment, before looking back.
Galaphyrae says to the White Hart, "We are the Serenwilde and we beseech you for your aid and call you to an awesome duty."
The White Hart bows majestically to Galaphyrae.
A deep baritone voice booms in Galaphyrae's head, "Little elfen, you give me strength!"
The White Hart eats a moonglory fruit and his eyes glow silver. Amazingly, he grows even larger, white steam blowing from his nostrils.
The White Hart snorts in pain, shaking his head vigorously until his glorious antlers break off.
The antlers of the White Hart fall to the ground.
Soon a new pair of antlers sprout from the head of the White Hart, growing even larger than the pair before, spiraling in wicked complex patterns.
Iola kneels onto one knee, demonstrating her humility and respect.
The White Hart throws back his head and leaps to the sky.
Across the dome of the sky appears the image of the White Hart, bellowing a challenge. The inky black form of Crow rises up to meet his ancient adversary.
Lendren closes his eyes and inhales deeply, absorbing the scent of his surroundings.
Galaphyrae holds her breath expectantly.
With a quiet invocation to White Hart, Lehki's eyes drift closed and an unearthly music somehow reminiscent of the deep forest emanates from his form. Moments later, the ethereal refrains fade into silence as he emerges from his meditation.
Crow pecks viciously at the White Hart, but the gleaming stag gores the belly of Crow, shattering his inky form into thousands of shards.
Crow is dead and the White Hart bellows triumphantly!
Lendren exhales slowly, allowing a long fluid breath to creep from his lungs.
The White Hart returns, bloody and exhausted, but with triumph blazing in his eyes.
Solanis cheers wildly!
Barrin gently places his hand upon the forehead of the White Hart, invoking the White Hart to grant him wisdom and truth. Eyes closing momentarily, an emerald halo flickers about the White Hart's head.
Lehki gives the White Hart a wild cheer!
Quietly, Galaphyrae says, "It is done."
Priestess Iola Starfall, of Her Argent Light shouts, "Let all know the glory of Mother Moon and Brother Hart on this day. As the Full Moon reigns, the darkness of Crow has been banished, the memory of Brother Raven restored!"
Brennan Stormcrow shouts, "Foul bitch! Foul, empty forest! Mighty Crow shall return to feast upon your rotten remains - your decayed entrails shall burst from your spoiled bellies, ripe for Mighty Crow's children to feast upon them! Mark my words! Mark them!"

So what kind of situation is Glomdoring in now? I wish people would explain what half the stuff I help with actually does (not that I helped with this, minus Avatar raid).
What does having the drums not beating, and Crow dead do?
Daganev2008-12-04 21:38:23
It makes glom all emo.
In other words, it did nothing

Ok, so what it really does is the same thing as when the star falls, or the necromentate goes beserk, or when the flames die down.

Flame of Glinshari, Drums of the Dead, Star of Celest, and the Necromentate "protect" your nexus, as it were. The things that harm the protection (converted Avatars/Supernals/Demon Lords) will attack the nexus if there is no "protection" to prevent it. I think.

Yesus. Drains power each attack, not sure how much.
