Forging possibilities

So someone has asked me to forge rapiers with stats of x 180 and 260. I've been looking through old forging threads and I was wondering if this was even possible. I've been away for a long while so I don't know if any changes have been to forging since I've been gone. I've heard there was a rework of the caps and such. Oh and I left just after Serenwilde's monks came out. Thanks for any help.

Yes, it is possible. However, do not be surprised if you are still sitting at the forge after several rl weeks.
