Why do Regeneration runes of the second level cost 2.5 times as much as level 1?
I'd certainly buy two of them if they would be twice the cost, but 2.5 times is a bit much. D:
EDIT: Wait, it's even more than that! Waiii

But you can upgrade at no extra cost, so buy the level 1, then upgrade to the 2 later.

Well, stacked regen can be quite strong, though I'm not sure it's strong enough to justify costing 850 credits.
It could be worse, though. Level 3 magic potence, which gives +20% magic damage, costs twice as much as level 2, which gives +15%!

If you ask me, the regeneration runes should not count towards that limit of three levels. It hardly seems worth it to pay so much for the runes, especially the level two runes, if they don't count for much considering all the other regeneration abilities we get in the game. (And, if this is already true that they don't count towards this limit, then it should be stated so in the help files.)

Regeneration Runes
- These runes provide the equivalent of level 1 and level 2 racial
regeneration advantages. They are cumulative with racial advantages,
or any other regeneration ability.* Total regeneration may never
exceed level 3.
*NOTE ON REGENERATION: Regeneration abilities include totem spirits
like moon, tree and river bonds, stag form, moon drawdown,
sacraments honor, athletics regeneration, lich form. It does _not_
include regeneration by items enchanted by Mercy, Perfection, and
Beauty.

That sounds like they do count towards the level 3 regen cap.

Right. And that's why no one's ever going to be overly interested in the level two runes (which I agree are way overpriced, by the way). I mean, who doesn't already have two or three levels of regeneration on all their vitals?

If level 2 drops to 600cr, I'll buy them!
