Dear whoever said my bug wasn't legitimate, it is. Please stop ignoring me. I've tested this, and you clearly have not. I don't mean to be rude or snide, but I'd like my damage fixed because it's being reduced massively whereas other damage types are being boosted for no known reason. Let me explain...
This all began when I noticed a while back that Ceren was doing some rather potent staff damage to me. Upon returning to the Aquamancers and changing into an Imperial Merian, I found my 22-23 intelligence damage (quite above Ceren's intelligence) was doing 33-50% less on most targets. I decided to do some testing.
Geb and Esano volunteered.

We tested our staves against Geb in two situations. The first was when Geb had no defenses up (read: NO DEFENSES) and NO ARMOUR.
Esano's (Geomancer) staff against Geb: 6155h-4966h = 1189 damage
Narsrim's (Aquamancer) staff against Geb: 6155h-4224h = 1991 damage

Geb then raised the following defenses: hyperventilate (asphyxia dmp 10), fire potion (dmp?), splendor robes (fire/cold/electric/magic proofs + 68/70 stats)
Esano's (Geomancer) staff against Geb: 6155h-4789h = 1366 damage
Narsrim's (Aquamancer) staff against Geb: 6155h-4737h = 1418 damage

As you will note, Esano's damage INCREASED (+177) when Geb put up defenses. This makes absolutely no sense, and is clearly broken.
As you will note, my damage DECREASED (-573) a lot when Geb put up defenses.
Please stop ignoring this and look into it. Esano is doing almost as much damage to Geb (with defenses and armour) than I am and we have an intelligence difference of 7. I'm not crazy!

Couple of notes. Esano/I didn't have any additional modifiers like war blessings and what not. We also repeated each test result several times to ensure that regeneration was not a factor.

What damage types are Geo and Aqua staff, respectively?

Geo staff: Damage Type: 50% Poison, 25% Cutting, 25% Asphyxiation (point staff)
I'd like to point out: Geo raise staff is 20%(for those who don't know). And our testing a while back showed 30 dmp for fire/frost potions and 36 for proofed robes with raise hood (independent of whether it was splendours or not - splendours just hold twice the quantity, not twice the quality).

Taking bug or envoy issues onto the forums in an effort to force the admin to look at your what is your own agenda isn't the proper way to go about dealing with the situation.
