Rare lurid blue flowers have been gathered into a small nosegay, tightly wrapped with a thick silver cord.  Streaked a pale azure at the base, before deepening into a deep sapphire at the edges of the petals, the unique blossoms are unusual to the point of mystery. The pungent, soporific aroma wafting up from the bundle
hints at the nature of the odd blooms - the familiar odor of delphinium, sweetened by the flower's pollen yet still retaining a bitter, toxic undercurrent, is nearly overwhelming. A cluster of snapdragons has been tucked into the middle of the small bunch, petals and stamen yawning in a gnashing grimace, with the plant's curls shaped disturbingly akin to bared fangs.

Petite and polished, the pates are clearly those of infants, with miniature teeth smiling in grim, childish leers. A thorny base secures the piece together, while blackened roses twine through the clusters of bone. Velvety ebony petals gently rest against the curled ridges of eyeless sockets, the flowers posed preserved in the height of bloom, as if in mockery to the grim, stark lifelessness of the skulls.
