Well, if they're forged for a higher damage stat then sure...but I believe the point behind rapiers was for the 215+ speed?

Um...wow. Good question, Vey. Based on the log it looks like something that happened before the wyvern hit you.

Hmm, I did a diagnose not long before this and there wasn't any affliction that caused eq loss or lengthened eq loss; I don't have that copy-pasted, though, nor the part until this log starts. Krellan could probably have an idea, he knows best what affliction he deals.

EDIT: Occasional freezing, of course, but that shouldn't last this long to recover from.

Blacktalon demesnes can freeze people. If you got blacked out, could be that you lost equilibrium from being frozen when you divinefired. Firing won't get you your equilibrium/balance back unless you concentrate it back yourself.

This is a bug I've come across and have trouble reproducing. You need someone to stagstomp/disrupt you again before you ever regain it.

That's weird. I would have assumed shivering, but you didn't lose your fire def until it was shown in the log.

So... when did you start concentrating? You didn't include that part in the log, and you didn't have EQ when you first fired.

I see a lot of "you are already trying," but it looks like something somewhere interrupted the finishing tick.

Xavius: It looks like he shivered, then sipped fire a bit, but didn't successfully concentrate some time before the log starts.

I'm not sure where you're getting this. Ctrl+F, search for shiver. No hits. Search for warmth. Only one hit. And here's the first mactans application shown in the log:

I'm pretty sure he shivered and started a concentrate somewhere in the beginning, and then got sapped somewhere in there. But he didn't give us any of the important information, just the buggy aftermath.

It seems pretty clear to be a bug. If I had to guess, it will probably have to do with some combination between freezing disrupting + divine fire + confusion. Logically anyways, it would involve any combination of those. Otherwise, only the Admin can find it.

And/or sap, but there's no real way to track it down on our part without the relevant log segment.
