Just did a few more of those tektek avatars and wanting opinions on them. Also if you're trusting enough, just send me a character description and I'll get to work making your's.

They all would wear robes, the pyromancers gear looks like armour, I can't imagine an aeromancer wearing green, either. Other than that it all looks good.

Why not? People wear whatever colour they want.
Lawliet2009-05-26 23:08:18
Yeah but at the same time you don't see many geos going around in bright white, do you? Besides he seems to be doing a sterotypical version of all of them, and the colour most associated with aeromancers would probebly be cream/white

LOL, green has always been the Aeromancer's color.
EDIT: Btw, only the Pyromancer is wearing an actual robe, the rest are made up of shirt/pants/coat combos to make it look like robes.
Lawliet2009-05-27 00:51:47
Pssh! Pssh! I say! Why is green the aeromancer colour? Is this a thing? In the world? That air mages are green, or is it mentioned in the histories or something? Not being confrontational, just wondering.
Yiro2009-05-27 03:13:12
Just the stereotype I've always run into with elements in other games, probably due to the fact that white was taken by Light element, heh.
Aidyn2009-06-13 18:40:59
I always thought yellow, since green is taken by us tree folk.
Zalandrus2009-06-13 18:48:55
Concur with the yellow. Although usually earth = green too, but in Lusty you have the division between earth and 'nature'. Mag also corresponds with red in my head (prob because the Tainted message is red)...
Dakkhan2009-06-13 19:05:45
It'll probably be yellow. There's no such thing as wind damage here, so I'd suspect Aeromancers would do mostly electric-type damage. OR asphyxiation, from stuff like pulling all the air out of a room.

Mag is so black/red. If mag had a mana cost it would be BBR

Not a bad assumption, given that the Trill and Lucidian warriors in the Mesa strike you with crystalline staves that send out a burst of electricity.

Sure there is.
Blunt damage, with enough wind-force shaped and hammered into you. Or the collision from being pushed into something.

I've been gone for a long time, but I'll say a few things as well.
1) I hate the color yellow
2) Screw your 'nature' wind is now green (hence 'gas' always being depicted green)
3) Electricity has no real color, people color it yellow as a bright color of 'WARNING'

When I thought of them, I'm sort of uncreative, so I thought of the racial pictures, which shows a geomancer (viscanti?), pyromancer (dracnari), aeromancer (lucidian), and aquamancer (merian). Food for thought? Then again, everything's open for interpretation.
Yiro2009-06-20 14:58:22
That it is, I just did Human due to not wanting to try and piece those races together on the limited tektek items for actual alteration.
Klaermon2009-06-20 16:27:03
Oh, not that...I was talking about the armor/equipment.
Yiro2009-06-20 18:45:27
Ah, was really just trying to make them semi-uniform, minus skin tone, eyes, hair style, hair color, and clothing colors

The Human is a Geomancer, the Viscanti is a Nihilist.
Yiro2009-06-20 19:10:32
You get Master spec from either Geomancy or Nihilism specializations, so it applies to Geomancers as well.
