So, I've been hearing a lot of people keep telling me, "Yes, you can easily make all these great big sums of gold!"... Where do you earn them? I know of grey moors (good) and Naga (decent); apparently UV is also pretty good, but I'm not able to take most of the stuff down there solo.

So, where do you all go for gold-hunting?

Parasites in the asylum are 6k or for a run. About 175-275 per parasite, 25 parasites, sell for 75 per as well. Mugwumps on the second floor are quite a bit more dangerous, but also drop a bit less cash.

Selling kephera/illithoid supposedly makes decent money as well.

Edit: I also find a decent amount of money killing poisonous creatures for poisonists. Thoros pays 100 per for cobras/gila in the desert.

Kepheras are the most consistent gold. Just be wary of influencers, and analyze the kephera before clearing out a hive (if they've recently given to charity, not worth it.)

Catacombs - the real gold mine

If you know what you're doing, it's great. It might be like 40k+ to clear the entire catacombs. But I've learned to borrow a gem of cloaking if I'm doing so.

Catacombs > UV in terms of damage and afflictions.

It's something for him to aspire to. He won't have to ask when he's level 80-90, "Where should I go treasure hunting?"

No, Mag hasn't ever kicked me out from there. You just get jumped and everybody ganks there regardless of org.
