Maybe it's because I play too many Tom Clancy-branded video games, but right now I've got a hankerin' to run a modern-day pen-and-paper game. So I'm looking for just the right system and setting to do that with. Right now the only modern-day system I know of is d20 Modern, and considering how the latest stuff on the website I just linked to is 2007, I doubt I'll be able to find it these days if it's out of print. (Then again, it may not be, I don't know, I'm just not hopeful for it with that sort of evidence.)
So, are there any other modern-day RPGs worth considering out there? If so, where can I find them?
And I guess last but not least...if I were to run a modern-day setting game on these forums (kinda like how some people ran D&D4e on these boards), how many would be interested? I'm looking to run a Tom Clancy-style game...haven't really gone past the desire stage yet, as I gotta find a suitable system. But now that I put it out there, who would be interested?

You should still be able to find d20 modern's core book online. You could probably also find D20 Future (an add-on book for your more future-style settings).
Any of the World of Darkness games can be set in a modern time as well, if you're a fan of WhiteWolf.

Mutants and Masterminds can be set to pretty much any era, but is designed for modern day super-heroes. The system is one of the most adaptible systems I've ever seen though, so I think this might be what you want.

Could always use Gurps.

Well, I found something that's not quite modern-day, but definitely Tom Clancy-esque. That being the D&D4e campaign setting Wraith Recon. Essentially Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon recreated in D&D4e fantasy style, complete with original setting.
It sounded cool to me. Does anyone else have this or plan to pick it up?
