Hey guys, I'm starting a project of sorts, and was wondering if anyone had descriptions of Aethermobs. Doesn't even need to be copy-paste descriptions, just anything you remember about what the hell a cloier, slannik, pyrhinne, etc. looks like. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I don't think they have descriptions? It may be included in the newest aetherspace changes, but besides that I don't think they do have any descriptions.

Ah, righto then. Going to just go with my gut then. Thanks anyway smile.gif

You've always been able to scan or look at them.

Which... gives their remaining health.

Actually its analyze that gives remaining health. Scan is for finding other ships. But yea, there is no way that I know of that you can look at the creatures other than when they are in a room and when they enter/leave (as some creatures are group of smaller ones)

No aethermobs have extended descriptions but two: The cloier and the pyrinne, as one is involved in an area and one was part of a previous event. You probably can find the latter somewhere on the forums. The others are only described in a single sentence.

Not sure if this is what you had in mind. But here are a few that I've seen.

A school of burning pyrinnes swims through the aethers.
Twisting through the aethers, the coils of a glistening flux serpent draw your eye.
The congealed gaseous form of a cloier passes through the local aether.
Hundreds of gorgogs swarm together here in a nasty mass.
Covered in large, bony spikes, a hydrian lingers in here.

I think there is at least a partial list of some of the rare ones (like, for god realms) on Scrying Pool.

Oooooh, I probably can use that actually, thanks!

I can get you an extended for the cloier later if I remembered to save it, but for the most part, it's a whole bunch of interleaved gasbags with mouths and tentacly bits.

The pyrrine is like a giant flaming pirannha.

Gorgogs... well, you know what those look like. Giant mudmen.
