Selling a manse store, 799 credits (approx. value 1050cr). Accepting payment all at once, 100 credits every Friday, or 200 credits every other Friday.
 
Manse can be retitled and configured however you'd like.
 
Once you enter into an agreement for this, you get complete permissions to the manse and store (I retain actual ownership until it is paid off) and you can run it however you'd like in the meanwhile. Payments not received by Saturday morning will incur a 50 credit fee (I've sold three stores, and never had a problem with anyone being late).
