Making Demons and Angels not respawn automatically seems popular amongst a large segment of the playerbase. Seeing a quest added to make demons instead of them respawning would be, in my oppinion, pretty cool. Thus, I suggest the following:

To make a Demon/Angel, the player must turn in 1 live fae to Gorgulu/Razielia. This live fae is acquired in the standard manner, by influencing with the shackles/lock of hair or by killing a fae and sticking it in the well of Souls. Turning in 1 fae creates 1 imp/cherub. Empowering an imp/cherub transforms it into a fiend/deva. Empowering an fiend/deva transforms it into a demon/angel. Empowering an demon/angel transforms it into an archdemon/archangel.

If this quest is implimented, the insanity in Faethorn will have to go away, ofcourse.

This sounds like a pretty terrible idea. The motives are highly suspicious to begin with, and it would also totally cement the Serenglom/Magnalest thing.

Plus, demons/angels would have to be no longer required to speed up the counter-Xion hai'Gloh.

That would also require Faethorn to be made completely neutral territory, especially in terms of melding and presence of (natural) forest, and I doubt the latter will ever happen. Beefing up angels and demons quite considerably would be necessary, as well.

Yeah this is not a very neutral idea.

Although some people were throwing around ideas about angels/demons/fae being player spawned.
