While you shouldn't be posting bugs to forums, this one seems fairly straightforward to me:
Your system is gagging clotting and it clots when you have manabarbs.

That is kind of what I thought too, But I also didn't think mana barbs would give the head explosion, bit.

I think those are two different head explosions. Mana barbs etc. are a boom while minorsecond is a eyes popping out explosion.
