Give an option where a restricted person can't even follow people into a manse that they don't have access to. Kinda like how you can't follow people into enemy territory. If you don't have privs, the manse can be like, 'enemy territory'.

If that was implemented it'd be good if you could make it so certain people CAN lead people into the manse even if they don't have privs.
