Ongaku definitely tends towards Chaotic Evil, though there are times when he makes me think he's not such a bad guy. ^^ He believes he's justified in what he does at least, and he's a good papa to his children, so he can't be ALL bad, can he? >.>
Oh, and what others have said. He has enough restraint to live in a lawful city (though he still says some pretty silly things over CT that I'm amazed he's gotten away with o.O).
