So, I like color and lots of it on my screen, but not so much as to blind me or such. But I want to organize my defense lines and such by color and me being not really good at choosing good colors I come here. I'm seeking advice on suitable colors to choose for each skill. I would also like for all skills, for a current project I'm working on. So if anyone actually pays this any mind could you list the skill and a good color for it. No need to put for Aquamancy since that's a given.

I'm not really sure how to help you, considering that what colours are used should be ones that are aesthetically pleasing to you. What if someone chooses colours you think are ugly?
