So Aethershop Trinity has 18 rooms now, and I want to rent rooms out. Pay per lusternian year, you get the room for the year, and you deposit the fees in a certain clan, more information soon about that. In return you get a room with a bed and other features as well for your usage, and if gambling gives me more money, there will be a 'bathroom' in each 'room'. Your room will contain two rooms, one bedroom, and one 'bathroom'. Picture below is of the current manse as it is. First floor you will find 3 rooms from the main corridor, those rooms will be built further. Friends of Sakr are welcome to buy a room, which will be theres for an indefinite amount of time. Ground floor entrance is a shop, with a garden, northeast is continuation of the garden with an astrolabe, and the entire corridor to the west is room for expansion. ne w w s is entrance to the grand hallway, a dining table will be set up west of there soon, though the room the dining hall is in will have south a kitchen, and to the west a smoking room stocked with herbs and soon a hookah.
Second floor is going to be expanded like the north to the south, and to the west are going to have more rooms, again for family, strangers, or friends.
Third floor is going to have a library, with a post office and a news room, and a bar to the north (Eleanora's idea, I'm fine with it though)
Fourth floor is going to have an art gallery and a museum to the nw and se. I remember in Achaea hanging around in one of the cities way too much at the museums, examining the weapons and other things displayed there, marveling at them. So I would like to do that, maybe buy Ritcher's weapons at Deepnight and post them up there as relics of an older time..
Fifth floor is going to be a garden, with a fountain in the middle,
Sixth floor, is going to be a spire, with the Seventh floor my room.
But that's what's going to come over the next few years, so is anyone interested? Mind on the First floor to the right of the staircase are going to have some trade rooms added. some as well on the ground floor, and the basement is going to be expanded as storage areas. aka chests, safes, rooms like that.

This is what I plan for the future. Now I just need people to inhabit it, a.k.a. kids or others...
Edit:
Aosi has the following room from the stairway: west north west
Ilyssa is taking the set of rooms from the first floor stairway: west, south (entrance hall) 7 rooms in total.
This will be much cheaper for you in terms of building and expanding your home, you will have artifacts in your home as well, with the necessity of a statis gem, 50 credits, to optionals like a willpower regeneration, or endurance. There is room to expand per location as well, as I briefed Ilyssa, and the decor should be taken past me first. I'll be buying the rooms over time, help is appreciated.
was also thinking about asking for a fee to be presented every year, 20k for instance as mortgage until you pay off the credits used for your rooms. The entire size of the manse planned is bigger than Serenwilde, and there is room for expansion.
86 rooms are going to be added to the 19 now, 12,900,000 gold needed total, but you will not need to worry about that. another 172k will be needed to add descriptions and room titles for all of the rooms, and what else.
Artifacts I'm planning on inserting for each room a statis gems (on location) and the billowing winds artifact
manse dwellers will be also present, but this is in long term. I'll be trying to set them as residents, so they can tell you good day/evening/night, and would walk around depending on what the need to do. It would be very awesome if they can run shops during certain parts of the day, for example with the bar, the bartender would be operating during the nighttime, evening, but would 'sleep' during the day in his room behind the bar. And have a few that walk around the trade section, asking if you need any commodities, and willing to buy specific ones if you want to sell them.
But the artifacts I'll be placing will be as follows:
Statis gems
Forge
Oven
Tailor's bench
Printing press
newsroom
post office
enchanting
the alchemist's thingy
magic fountain
hookah (if i can have it stick in the smoking room, and not come back to my inventory)
elevator?
flower pots and aetherseeds
and much more.
(add around 10 denzins that walk around, have jobs within the manse)
What's already there:
A shop
safe
astrolabe
vibrant trees
so again, if you are interested, let me know, and we'll see to you having a spot as a home.

What are you using to make the maps?

Under accessories:
Paint
But a pen and paper first, using paint is really annoying with no grids.

Shiawase and Samyaza has a room as well. 20k per year, expansion is possible to suit your needs.
