I'm trying to make a website for the congregation in our church, and I need some buttons and borders. I've been looking around at various free programs to create them, but none of them really provided what I wanted, which is a relatively clean-looking blank button for me to fill in the text. As for borders, I haven't found any good programs (or any at all, really) for it. What I'm looking for is the following:

Button: Something like this, perhaps with a single white feather on the right side. This is just how I pictured it though; if you think you can make a better-looking button, feel free to improvise!


Border: A simple, non-adorned, shaded border. I can't really describe it more than that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
