Looking for more residents for Aethercity L'ianmor.

There is two rooms remaining that can be made into homes, otherwise we are looking for
more residents for the city. Partly to help with the construction, whether through designing
or assisting with the various projects, or in creating scrolls, or assisting with the upkeep of
the library.

As of now, we have the following:
29 active members
A full set of projects that will be paid upon completion
A city aether
An artisan cartel (with more cartels on the way)
10 homes made (2 vacant)
Full security at the entrance
Dining room
2 libraries (complete with desks and chairs)
An aether safe
A store shop that can be made accessible to the various residents to sell their wares
And an astrolabe.
And a large stock of commodities that can be bought for at the city's price

upon completion of the garden, a donation of a magic fountain will be made from one
of the current residents.
the following manse artifacts are on their way, as soon as I finish generating the credits
for them:
+ Postal office and News room
+ Trade room artifacts
+ Denzin residents (Bartender, the city's drunk, shop-owners and more)
+ statis gems (only going to be used when each room reaches 150% in terms of
furniture per room)
+ Games room

On the side note, I am currently designing and am going to be working on constructing
several aetherships, to collect power to supply it to the residents of the city, as well as
to be a set of base models that could be used in various sets of wargame matches with-
out damaging the respective team's already owned aethership.
