Everybody gets minor stat boosts at Titan and Demi though, right?

I cannot personally speak for any other races. I have just the one character who is human. I got +1 to all stats at 99, if I remember rightly.
With the race changes, though..... Things could well be very different.

Demigods can purchase stat boosts, and no longer get their extra +1 to all.
