I was only half following this, but I expected her to be NG of murder, Guilty of manslaughter (negligence), and of course guilty for their obstruction analogue.

I find it more depressing about how people are accusing the courts of being corrupt and biased and so on and so forth, when everyone forgets the CORE tenant of the Judicial system: Innocent until proven guilty. The other major tenant is being guilty beyond reasonable doubt. The prosecutors made a terrible case with nothing but circumstantial evidence.

Touché. I'm fairly certain that Innocent until proven guilty doesn't legit live in the Judicial system.
