not sure if this happens often but I bought some credits awhile ago and still have not received them nor have I received a confirmation email anyone know why?

Hmm. If you still haven't gotten them, you should probably email Support@lusternia.com about it, that's generally the best way to handle this sort of thing! Sometimes it just takes a while!

It can sometimes take time for the intermediate company to process before Lusternia doles out the credits.
