The posture is good but his arms are shriveled and his torso is unrealistic (his waist goes in a straight diagonal line to his shoulders, which is incorrect). You may also want to rethink the arms and how they meet with his body.. think about shoulders as sockets and try to picture the arm rotating in all the directions that it can. If your picture doesn't look like the arm can do such a thing, you'll know that you need to redo it.

I like how you did foreshortening on the feet with the pose that you did. His knees are too high however, especially the one on the right. Remember that his right calf would appear shorter since the knee is coming forward, bent in the way that it is.

Actually, Ialie, it's a shot from an episode of Doctor Who where a boy from a boarding school was possessed by aliens who made scarecrows come alive. It's in no way related to Batman.
