Gimp. It has a fun brush that does that. Bad part is it doesn't save very well. Hence the fuzzy.

He is a radiant immortal and is surrounded by a glowing aura of pure energy,
which emanates from His manifested form. The air about Him silently stirs in a
state of perpetual movement, further intensifying the ambience of His essence.
His embodiment takes the form of an austere man of ample stature, complemented
with the long lean muscles of youth, and finally graced with unblemished,
starkly pale skin. A silky mass of shimmering black hair unfolds around His
angular face before it spills past His shoulders and down to the small of His
back. The glossy plaits are kept moving and taken up around His face by the
evanescent breezes around Him, never to settle for too long unattended.
Accenting the icy azure hues of His lustrous eyes, dark lines grace the lower
rims of His eyelids, bestowing the glowing orbs with enormous intensity. Like a
waterfall of purest shadow, two majestic black wings arch proudly from His
back, the long graceful plumes tapering elegantly to the back of His calves.
The long inky feathers appear to shimmer, as if touched by liquid silver as
they are caressed by the silent divine winds. His agile arms end in slender
hands that are tipped with sharp, glassy nails that shine as if made from pure
crystal rather then keratin. He is wearing a mist-covered black robe adorned
with smoky quartz, a rippling, misty black mannerrock sewn with smoky quartz, a
pair of sandals adorned with glowing runes, a circlet emblazoned with smoky
quartz, an intricately carved ivory armband, a ring of the commune, a ring of
smoky quartz, a delicate platinum knot work ring, a thick ring of carved
emerald, and a pendant of smoky quartz.

Hmm.. are we hinting at something?

Woo, that's exactly how I pictured him!

This is a truly stunning picture and I must admit I am very impressed how you have managed to capture the essence of Lacostian in how He always crosses His eyes and appears to be looking at the bridge of His nose when He is trying to remember where He left the Akashic. You have been kind to make him look intelligent even when He does that; reality isn't quite so kind to Him.

Very nice drawing of Lord Lacostian. Wish I could draw..but even straight lines are beyond my poor hand's abilities.

Anyway here's Branny's description.

She is a graceful elfen, and is almost childlike in initial appearance, standing only five feet tall. Her body is lithe and lean, covered with translucent gold skin. Only slight curves at the breast and hip break the smooth lines of her body, muscles showing as she moves. Her hair, a rich chestnut-brown, glistens with gold and red highlights in the sun; it curls wildly down her back and around her heart-shaped face, accenting the fragility of her bone structure. Her eyes, soft emerald pools, glitter with some mischief, only accentuated by their almond shape. Her lips, a pale pink, tend to curve in a gentle smile, open slightly in laughter almost constantly. Never still, her hands, long and slender with faint burns on the tips of her fingers from her jewelcrafting, move and flutter in the air with her words, accenting her speech. When she moves, it is very graceful, though full of energy and enthusiasm. On her right hand is carved some odd design, almost a set of letters. The scars are slightly ragged, but show great care in their creation.

No, not really. You didn't draw Lacostian's wings though, which is somewhat strange.

Bah.. and all that work I did on my pic of Viravain, Lacostian and Raezon.*sniff*

He is a graceful elfen and is surrounded by a feeling of remorse. His right eye
is a smooth blue color, but his left is hazed over and milky white. Down the
left side of his face runs a scar which starts up near his hairline, runs down
through his eyebrow and over his bad eye, finally stopping down on his cheek.
His skin tone is a light brown color, and his ears are sharply pointed at
the tops. His hair is dark brown and is up in tall spikes, except for one long
bang hanging down the left side of his face, dyed a dark blue. On his left
forearm you see a tattoo of two intertwining ovals, one white, one black, both
pointed at each end, interlaced with a circle of red. The letters G.O.P. are
posistioned just inside the symbol.

My description is taken from mainly 2 places, the old cartoon Gargoyles, and Morrowind.
The eye and scar I took from Hudson off Gargoyles, and the tall spikey hair from one of the Dark Elf choices in Morrowind.
The design for the tattoo is from the game Evil Islands, except I changed the colors and added the letters in the middle.

when I was younger I bought all these shirts of crazy creatures and they all had this helmet hiddne somewhere in the immage. They were called the guardians of paradise.

When I went to look at the tag on the shirt is says 'GOP © 1996'

GOP stands for Grand Ole Party, it's an acronym for the Republican Party in America.
