Actually, stepping off the plane onto the radiating heat of the runway at Townsville airport is quite interesting. And I much prefer the heat and humidity of Townsville to the four-seasons-in-one-day-ness of Melbourne.

Yeah, despite Sydney's recent heat waves the winter here (and in Brisbane) drives me to despair. I cannot stand the cold at all. Oh for the warmth of the north

From SEQLD Gold Coast here. Beautiful one day, perfect the next so they say, pah its too bloody hot. Indy was nice though, plenty of talent around.

Heh, i remember Melbourne in the winter what 11pm and its already 0 *mutter* Sydney was nice, too humid though. Adelaide is perfect all year round, not too cold not humid just nice..

There's a Crowded House song, called Four Seasons in One Day. Makes me think of Melbourne... was high twenties yeterday, under ten today.... there's another song, by the Whitlams, called... (dun, dun, dunnnnnnn) Melbourne, part of the chorus goes "walking around the rainy city"...

It's not really that rainy here. It just drizzles a lot, and floods occasionally. *sagenod me*

I hail from Adelaide myself, and I know a few others (purdy much all guys) who hail mainly from Gawler who MUD a lot too (they aint cool enough to play Lusternia much so meh - they mainly play Achaea)

The Aussie clan on Achaea often irritated me beyond help. I'm not really sure why I rejoined it and stayed in it so much.

I cannot go against the Aussie clan its the only time most that spend all the time on it know whats happening out there in the rest of Australia.. still that BEAVER MUSHROOM thing got me killed while bashing cause i was laughing too hard, cltoff worked

I'm just going to come right out and say what all the rest of the ignorant americans bothering to read this thread are thinking...do you HAVE forests in Australia?? Every picture I've ever seen is either city, or that big ass rock out in the middle of nowhere...

I'd say we are just naturally more intelligent than everyone else. Hence, we choose the best guilds.



LoL yes we do actually. Not as many as we used to, but there are plenty of rain forests and some very old forests down in Tasmania.
