Tell me how this kind of crap is less abusive than not having them to begin with was. I can't even retaliate when this sort of harrassment happens.

Seriously I am not sure why it insisted they stay. Either remove them or make it like Transversing a plane to use them. If someone is going to bounce in and out because they know there is nothing that anyone can do. That is Abuse.

Issue them. I got issued for spam-hopping while graced. Same thing. Go for it. Maybe they'll get a 71 hour disfavour, too - if there's someone in the room, BOTH of you issue. It seems to compound the effectiveness.
Gregori2005-08-07 00:33:43
I really prefer to not have to issue people. This is something that is apparently a problem, and needs to be dealt with a little more seriously than disfavouring people.

I was only really half serious. I think about 80% of the forestal community agrees - yank them.
Shikari2005-08-07 02:03:54
It is, as has been said, poor form to discuss issues.

Please do not do so.
Narsrim2005-08-07 08:26:28
I -love- the archways. They cut down raiding 100x and thus cut down on that "endless combat" that people dislike. I think to make them even better, you should lose balance (3-4 seconds) entering/exiting them. This way, no one can do what Tharruk made famous: running through, doing something stupid, and running back inside to safety.
Thorgal2005-08-07 08:35:24
Yeah, the archways are needed, and losing balance upon entering and leaving will probably get rid of the complaints.
Unknown2005-08-07 09:49:07
I second that.
Narsrim2005-08-07 09:52:48
The motion upon the floor has been seconded! Let all those in favor say aye!

*short pause* AYE!

Let all those opposed say nay.

*short pause* ....

The motion passes by general concensus. Next.
Gwylifar2005-08-07 15:12:44
Well, if you want to be a stickler, Glomdoring can't second its own motion.

Yes it can - Glomdorians are sneaky like that biggrin.gif
Unknown2005-08-07 20:09:03
If Glomdoring can't, I can! Seconded!

But we need a LOOK THROUGH ARCHWAY command :/
