I understand if for instance if I verbally insulted person X and he came around and saw me on the Ethereal plane and decided to make me pay, knowing that I could not call the avenger on him.
but
for someone just to come to the ethereal plane and be like " Ohh easy pickins" and just murder someone they have never even met before for no reason what so ever.. it just seems rather .. odd I guess, especially from a mud that seems to be priding itself on its set up for RP.

Never saw a fae not loyal to something or other so... where are they hiding?

If they're killed, I believe they respawn loyal to Faethorn again, and you can then lead them to the Moon Avatars.
