Dallas-Greenville, as in Greenville the street or Greenville the slightly rural-sub-urbanite-but-slowly-getting-better-city?

Certainly not enough Texans here. Perhaps some of you should migrate from Cuba or wherever it is you all live.

theres more texans, it just takes so long to walk from the computer ot the kitchen in that huge ranch of mine.

A Texas rancher was visiting Israel as a tourist. His tour bus stopped at an Israeli ranch, where the driver introduced everyone to the owner, who said he'd be glad to answer questions about his cattle-raising operation.

Well, the none-too-shy Texan asked the Israeli just how big his ranch was. The local pointed to a couple of hills off in the distance and said they marked where his property ended.

"Well," said the Texan, with a condescending smile, "let me tell you about my li'l ol' ranch. If I get in my pickup and leave early in the morning from one end of my spread, the sun will be setting by the time I get to the other end."

"Hoo—I know what you mean," said the Israeli sympathetically. "I once had a truck just like that."

$4 movie tickets! Here in Austin you can't find a matinee for less than $5.50 and thats in a theatre across town from me...and I ride the bus. So I'm looking at an hour long ride and two transfers (each way) to save a dollar on a matinee movie.

But I'm poor. *sigh*

Recently found out there's a theatre in Round Rock that ha a $2.75 matinee price, but since I can't get to Round Rock (bus doesn't go there!) it doesn't matter cept when I can talk a friend into driving there. *grin*

Hmm.. those tickets are cheap? None of you should move to Houston, then!

In Mckinney matinee is $2 and after that is $4. Greenville is $4 mat and $6 after. In dallas its like... 5.50 with a student id at night or matinee and 750 for night. A drive in would be nice *misses the one in Vegas*
