How is it that some people are founders of families without any spouses or siblings?

You and your spouse may FOUND FAMILY at the Hall of Records for a
fee of 25,000 gold. Only a couple with a family name may find their
children. Your children will take on your family name. You can use the
CONFIG command to always show your family name.

Hrm, I read the file HELP FAMILY, and it said, "You and your spouse may FOUND FAMILY ..."

Hmm, I guess you didn't read HELP BLOODBOND?
It is another way to form a family other than Marriage

He said without siblings too, I think, meaning bonded.
If this is the case, that's wierd.

Hmm, nevermind about that. This was a while ago, and I must have been mistaken. I guess I forgot about FAMILY TREE .

Perhaps one had suicided. *shrug*
Richter2004-11-24 00:30:20
We have a family tree feature?
Unknown2004-11-24 01:44:57
Yes. There is a command to see everyone in someone's family, though (I don't think this is a bug) I really wish it showed siblings as well, if you do FAMILY TREE .
Unknown2004-11-24 05:36:29
You only see the bloodbond before they make the family, after that, you have to use the family tree command to see someone's siblings. So, just because you don't see the bloodbond on a person's honors, doesn't mean they're not bonded with someone.
