In the histories, fire is said to have a powerful effect on lucidians. Something about them melting, and someone says something along the lines of, "You know those lucidians and fire."
So, do lucidians just happen to melt, or are they supposed to have a weakness to fire? This has confused me for a little while.

Yeah, perhaps we should tweak the lucidian race to fit the histories.

Is it just me or does something pop out of the rear end of that dragon in the last instant of the animation?
Estarra2004-11-30 05:58:45
It's your imagination, I'm sure. Would I add an emoticon like that??
Daganev2004-11-30 07:55:27
aww shucks, someone else used that emoticon before me, should have read posts in a different order.
And watching it 20 times, the guy goes down the throat but nothing pops out the rear.

i could see lucidians having a weakness to blunt damage, but what about cutting damage? I say we give them a level 3 resistance to cutting, a level 3 weakness to fire but a level 3 resistance to cold.

That wizard emote reminds me of when Lady Estarra gets mad o.o
Rilandria2004-11-30 18:50:27
I wouldn't mind being made vulnerable to fire... but with an added weakness there should be an added strength to balance it out!
Unknown2004-11-30 20:22:48
Like Donnar suggested, a resistance to cutting and/or cold.
Faethan2004-11-30 21:54:23
Lucidians melting or just being weak to fire, and dracnari breathing fire, seems like it should make the conflict in the desert a bit more of a one-sided fight.
Unknown2004-11-30 22:26:02
Well, dracnari still have cold weakness. Unfortunately, there's nothing really cold about lucidians except their attitudes.
Unknown2004-12-01 14:36:54
maybe hallifax can have a guildskill which manipulates the cold? like nightair or frosty wind.
