Like it and love it.

I loved Death Note.... in the beginning. Everything I've seen so far after episode 16 though has felt extremely lackluster and uninteresting when compared to the beginning. The beginning was so amazing - I was CACKLING after each episode =D

The Dream Avatars site doesn't seem to have appropriate hairstyles for the other characters though.

I spent entirely too much time touching this up, like customizing L's hair.

For the last couple days, downloading stuff has been slow as hell. Where something would normally go at like 30kbps, it goes at 3. Then, earlier, Dennou Coil went at about 180kbps, had it really fast. Whee!

...but now they're all slow again. WHYYYYY.

For kicks, I've read all the 41 pages of it. Time to comment on a few 1.5 year old posts.

I can't believe people actually believed Hitsugaya and/or Hinamori would have died. Not after Renji pulling out a Monty Python's Black Knight FOUR TIMES in two fights. Let's face it, excluding villains named characters in Bleach never die. Of course, it was funny to observe a guy I used to share a room in the campus with:

Renji: gets owned by Byakuya. Three times in a row.
Him: come on! Die already!
Me and my brother: *sly winks to each other*

Also the filler isn't bad. I enjoyed it. As for plushies, Cloud and Rinrin (sp?) are annoying, Nova's awesome though. And I liked the plushie ending most of them all.

I've been reading the Naruto and Bleach mangas and they are AWESOME. Can't wait for the episodes for the fight between Sakura and Chiyo and Sasori, one of the best everrr. Bleach has been kind of meh lately though, but I suppose I'll download the fillers anyway 'cuz I'm so bored.

I got it recently and I'm hoping to get to it soon. Description looked interesting, even though it doesn't seem to be much like BECK, which I liked a lot.

Besides that, I got myself some series that look promising - Hajime No Ippo, Hungry Heart Wild Striker, Black Lagoon, Ouran High School Host Club, Planetes, Jigoku Shoujo, Yuugo Koushoujin... It's crazy, I can't find the time to watch all that.
Any opinions on those?

What I really like lately is Kenichi. It's ongoing, though I think it is nearing to an end.

I prefer Nana to Beck, but I assume most girls would anyway. Beck is also good. If you liked Beck, I think you will at least appreciate the story unfolding in Nana.

Black Lagoon is really awesome, IMO. The ending pisses me off though, it's one of those series that's only 24~ eps but based on an ongoing manga series so the ending doesn't do anything. Ouran is hilarious, but you probably have to be the right type. Jigoku Shoujo isn't that good. Seemed kind of stale. I watched both seasons anyway though.

More recently I've been watching El Cazador de la Bruja, then I'm going back to Madlax. Haven't seen much of interest lately (Darker than Black isn't terrible though) so I'm still waiting for Genshiken and Haruhi season 2. :/

I adore Genshiken! I was leery at first since Kashim compared it to Welcome to the NHK, but it's soooooooo much better. Hilarious stuff. I forced Sarin to watch that and she's addicted too now.
