Well, jewellers, which are universal, are doing pretty well now. Herbalists don't have a bad time of it either, though they're lowmagic users only. (Paladins, Ur'Guard, and all Seren except Serenguard who choose highmagic.) Alchemists have a really hard time making gold, tailors are impossible since there's NO cloth and leather around...cooks, I don't know, and enchanters should be okay, although powerstone prices are quite harsh.

If you have the lessons to Trans any of them, I suggest Herbs.

If a Cook has a shop he can make a lot of money, period.

Forging is quite nice, and profitable. You have to be a warrior class.

Tailoring is mucho profitable if lucky (bulk sales/lucky great robe sales) - else - no.
Note, my character's price list is 20% on top of comm prices. That might be jacked up if profitable stays minimal.
