Neopets boards notwithstanding, those are like chat rooms except you have to press 'reload' to get the latest message.

I think I just used 'notwithstanding' entirely opposite of its meaning.

I use the "fast reply" button, and refresh -a lot-.

(EDIT: (See, we have edit buttons too, so you don't have to do 3 posts in a row.) And I think you used notwithstanding right. It looks right anyway.)
