I think the forums are confused about this thread. Apparently Shiro's post was made today.

On topic, I've been ecstatic to notice that God/Mortal, and mortal/NPC interaction has been increased by such a stunning amount. It's so entrancing and really makes the whole world feel that much more real and alive. Divine!
Infact, I feel there's been a huge development in all three areas lately, with peaced villages and new areas such as Verasavir valley, and Carai Caroo. It's superb, so my thanks to all those who've personally helped with those areas. My thanks also to those who tirelessly sort through bugs, or code new things, or just listen to the playerbase and act upon our suggestions. It's just wonderful.

Every time somebody votes, the thread gets bumped.
It's annoying.
Very annoying.
Especially when you go to read the thread and there's NOTHING NEW THERE!

I answered all three. I think Lusternia's growing in a broad manner

Well, I just voted after thinking about it. I selected Event/God interaction. When I think back to my time in Aetolia, the most memorable experience were with Niuri, who was like the single most amazing person to ever interact with IC. I see a lot of that going on in Lusternia now... but I think that this sort of focus is what makes Lusternia feel so "real" to me... and I would much prefer it over just more areas (which are nice) and non-violent gameplay.
