I can see going inactive for a real life year, coming back and having mucho lessons. I like the idea, but it could easily be abused.

Actually, there are only about 25 game years per RL year, so that's about 125 lessons per RL year.

This has probably already been mentioned.. oh well

Sounds good to me. It'd work like neocredits, eh? So you wouldn't be able to transfer them. And like others have said, there's no real point in abusing this.

They are lessons, you can't transfer lessons..
Nika2004-12-23 08:52:36
Well, yeah, I know that. But 5 lessons is close to 6, why not just award a neocredit each year? *shrug* Easy
Stetson2004-12-23 10:03:38
why not just rat for 1 hour every two weeks and buy yourself a credit? You will get some exp as well!! =)
Nika2004-12-23 10:10:49
*shrug* It's not so much that it's not doable by ourselves.. it would just be a nice little reward for playing the game. Plus we're lazy and want gratification for no work. tongue.gif

Great idea. I can definitely see it attracting a bigger playerbase, even for something as small as this.

if you want to rat for an hour and get a credit you'll have to play imperian. why is Lusternia, the game that requires the most amount of credits, aslo the game with the highest credits prices at this point in its history... jeeze!

It seems that the idea is for those who spend more time roleplaying or working on trade (like harvesting herbs) would just like some small reward for their time spent.

My pet theory about the credit prices is that everyone realised that it's much easier to buy them ingame using tradeskills and things, you yourself said that you've transed your skills with credits you bought in-game, right? I was kind of hoping that the influx of credits from the maps would help the price though glare.gif

Credit prices went up because most people are buying artifacts because of the sale rather than selling the credits. Hopefully prices will go down after the sale is over.

I've always had the opinion that those that hold high positions in organizations get paid -something- for the work they do. While guild credits are nice for the GM and the city leader, what about the secretaries and the ministers that work just as hard?

Earning an extra 5 to 10 lessons per Lusternia year would be a great perk, and surely couldn't be that difficult to implement.
