combination of both. I'm ex-army, Arillery corps, so i used to lift 2 ton artillery guns onto trucks and push em around for a living..... (cause our damn army is too poor to buy the new stuff, we're still working on the "horse-drawn" idea) I'm not all buff and chisseled like that dude that was posted on here ages ago, but i'm not fat either. If i can dig up an old army pic i'll post it, by old I mean when i was 20, rather than the ancient 21 I am now.
