Let me get this straight, we aren't allowed to beckon, pull or tackle someone into enemy territory. However, they are allowed to sit right outside of enemy territory and beckon, pull, summon, or tackle people out in order to kill them without the assistance of guards on their side? And if they are doing this, are we allowed to beckon them in?

That's right.

No, we're not allowed to beckon them in.

I consider it fair, its the difference between tactical battle between players, and forcing defenses to work as offense for you. Guards are allowed to cities to act as defense and only that, and pulling someone to them, is using them offensively, and thus wrong.

But pulling someone out of guards should be considered the same, as for running in, attacking a guard or two, then fleeing back out. It logically means you should be able to bring them back in, as they are now fleeing but they entered voluntarily.

I thought that if they were sitting just outside the city by their own free will it was fine, it was if they were nowhere near the city that you couldn't summon in...

ANY form of forcing someone into commune/city territory, id est any room which can have guards in, is strictly illegal. Whether they were 1 room away or 50. I guess it's just to lay a line down so that there are NO exceptions, so no one can claim what they did was within the rules because they were there by themselves and blah.

How about you just go out there and jump them in force, then flee back in, it works both raids.

Raiders are already at a disadvantage with statues guards and conglutinate, just organise city player defence better.
